As stated on our home page, our mission at all of our sites is to:
  • Provide a wide range of quality mental health and chemical dependency services designed to meet the diversified needs of our communities.
  • Help individuals with chronic and acute emotional disabilities regain an active level of functioning and involvement in the community.
  • Serve as a community resource for mental health education that will reduce the incidence of emotional disability and substance abuse within the community.

Our hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, Tuesday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A variety of payment options are acceptable, including most Private Insurance, Medical Assistance and Medicare. A sliding fee scale for those without insurance, based on income, may also be available. Sliding fee and Medical Assistance not applicable to Chemical Dependency programs. Educational and consulting services available on fee-for-service or contract basis.

We are a licensed Rule 29 mental health clinic and in the preferred provider network for most of the managed care/medical insurance companies. Call our office if you would like assistance clarifying insurance benefits/coverage.
